we have a car park where 8 owners garages are sited.
There is additional parking spaces adjoining these garages which other residents in the estate use.
as the estate was built 29 years ago the entire car park surface is in need of repair.
is this the sole responsibility of the garage owners?
The council state it is not their responsibility.
Our title deeds only state we own our house and the garage, but states nothing about the parking area.
