I am solicitor in Scotland and will help you with this. If you have no criminal record you may get a warning letter or a fixed penalty notice of £100. If it goes to court the disposal will be a bit more depending on your financial circumstances but it would tend to be a fine. Happy o discuss further. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.

the trial date fixed for 3rd march 2016 and incident happened nov 2014, would I likely dropped by cps
If the trial has been fixed then forget the possibility of a warning or fixed. Get your solicitor to speak to the PF and see if an arranged plea can be made which would result in a fair disposal.
