Customer Question

R. Linton,, Aberdeenshire
We have a farm, with Harvesters, Hay Cutters, Blowers, Road Levellers etc.all 8 ft to 10 ft wide and required to travel out to main road a half mile away !
A member of the public regularly parks his car at OUR entrance from main road, thus reducing the access by 7 to 8 ft and restricting our access.
We've tried persuasion but the driver refuses to stop parking---Is this a matter for the police? Is there anything in Law we can do ?

The road to and from our farm is privately owned and maintained.
