Hi There
I had a visit from the police this morning saying they had a complaint from another driver saying I was driving dangerous when overtaking, they said they had to warn me that I may here from them about this. what constitutes dangerous driving, I was in the said area at the time but don't recall any incident, any advice ?

Dangerous driving is driving in a way that could cause an accident. If they can't say how your driving was dangerous they have no case. If they had evidence they would've charged you. Say nothing to them. Give them nothing. Happy to help if they come back. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
