My father is dying.. He has no will can he write down wishes

My father is dying.. He has no will can he write down wishes and have them signed?

My sympathies to you at this sad time. You father can write down his wishes, including who he wants to appoint as his executor, as long as the document clearly expresses his intentions, is signed by him at the foot of every page, is dated on the last page and is witnessed on the last page by someone who is not mentioned in the will. Happy to discuss further. I hope that helps. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
