Mother has dementia,still at home with Dad and me her daughter,the house is coowned by the three of us,what would happen if she has to go in a home,power of attorney is in place for the three of us,as I also have two sons and they are named on all powers of attorney.

Nothing would happen to the house as it is owned by you and your dad and both of you stay in the house. It would not be taken into account when assessing your mum's resources. I hope that helps. Please leave a positive rating so that I am credited for my time.
