Customer Question

Brother died suddenly his wife of 4 yrs refuses to organise and pay for funeral can she do this?

There is no obligation on her to organise the funeral. If another member of the family does so the cost will be a charge on the estate. So whilst it is not helpful, she can do this, yes.
