Customer Question

also, where can i find this information in currie on confirmation of executors 9th edition. evidence must be produced by way of an opinion. i take it that means an opinion from you will be acceptable in sheriff court. i wish to finish confirmation asap. also i have been asked to write a docquet on the will....i take it that will be straightforward... . .perhaps an example will be helpful. thanks

The docquet is: This is the will referred to in my declaration of this date to the Inventory of the estate of the late... (full name of the deceased)’ . The opinion would have to be a formal opinion, not through JustAnswer which is a question and answer site.
