I'm being threatened by the same Ken Lussey of undiscoveredscotland.co.uk over image copyright breaches. As with the case you answered a year ago, he is very convincing - the images concerned had no copyright markings either by watermark or embedding. I removed them immediately on notification, but now he is demanding £3000 damages or £1500 if I pay immediately.
I am reassured by your previous responses to this guy, and will follow the previous advice you gave. I've also done a search as far as possible on court records and can find no time when he has gone to court for 'damages'.

I would tend to ignore his letters and they will eventually cease. If I can add anything to my previous posts, don't hesitate to ask.
