A relative (aunt) died last year and left a will. I am the executor and a beneficiary. The will was written a long time ago and never updated. The beneficiaries were me, my brother and my mother as my aunt had no children. My brother and mother died before my aunt so I have been advised the whole of the estate will go to me. Please can you advise if this is correct.
