I'm looking for some help? I'm a 50year old and my father

Customer Question

Hi I'm looking for some help? I'm a 50year old and my father has never paid a penny in my upbringing... He came into my life when I was 15years old and was part off my children and myself for years, until my half sister married my ex husband. My father disown me because off this. If anything happens to him I know my sisters will give me nothing which I feel I should be entitled to the same as them?
Yours pleadingly

As discussed, if your father dies without a will you would be entitled to be discerned his executor dative by the court. In addition whether or not he has a will you would be entitled to a one eighth share of his moveable estate.
