I am a single mum working part time to make ends meet I am at the court house now

Ask the court to allow you pay by instalments and explain your personal financial circumstances. That is all you can do? How much do you owe?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I think it was around £300

Ask to pay this by instalments on the basis of your financial circumstances, say, £10 a week.
