How do I start the process of taking the CMS to court? I am

Customer Question

How do I start the process of taking the CMS to court?
JA: Where are you? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: I am in Scotland.
JA: What steps have you taken so far?
Customer: I have written letters to the CMS including letters of complaint.
JA: Anything else you want the Lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: My dispute with the CMS covers multiple complaints from overpayments to a dispute over payments I have made but unrecognised because the other parent simply said they dont agree? Even though I sent the CMS bank statements.

I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thank you!
