HI I am after some help, I have a grundig UM 9140food mixer. It

I am after some help, I have a grundig UM 9140food mixer.
It has stopped working , the LED light come's on but the mixer does not turn.
I am out of warranty as it is about fifteen months old , it has only been used 6
times.
I would appreciate some help thanks.

Yes It did seem to strain a couple of times before it stopped. no smell

Unfortunately this is a motor issue and the motors main armature needs to be replaced, its not too hard to do with only a few tools.
I will help you and see the best place for you to order that part.;-)

Iv'e had no luck with that number. they don't do small appliance's and I have tried another number they gave and they don't do Gundig.


So unless you have any other contacts . I am out of ideas who I could call.
