We bought a Hobbs kettle from Argos on the 29th November

Customer: We bought a Russell Hobbs kettle from Argos on the 29th November 2020 and unfortunately on Saturday it just stopped working. I understand that it has a two year guarantee and would like to ask how we proceed.
JA: What's the brand and model of your kettle?
Customer: 25512 A cream Worcester stainless steel kettle
JA: What have you tried so far with your kettle?
Customer: I’ve tried to see if it was the fuse in the plug but that was fine.
