Hi i cant register my vaxplatinum power max because I buy online by credit and now he is broken what can I do
JA: Do you know the model of your Max appliance? How old is it?
Customer: vax platinum powermax from October
JA: How long has this been going on with your Max? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 7 months now when it’s on the 4 screws brushes is smell s like burning
