My stoves electric cooker the hobs have stopped working
JA: What's the brand and model of your electric cooker? How old is it?
Customer: st rich 600e hot jalapeño
JA: How long has this been going on with your electric cooker? What have you tried so far?

Customer: we had the cooker last November I’ve tried switching off at mains for a few mins then I turned Bluetooth off on it still nothing oven and grill work fine

This indicates a fault with hob control and/or terminal block located at the rear of the appliance.

To solve the issue, please follow these instructions:

You will have to leave the appliance completely unplugged or turned off at the mains for around 1 hour.

Then plug it back and reset the clock, it should work.

However, if the issue appears again then I am afraid, the hob control is faulty and will need replacement.
