Hub cap does just pry off, a claw hammer or nail pry bar is good tool to pry it off. There is cotter key under the cap on front wheels and an E clip for rear wheels. Here is parts link---https://www.hayter.co.uk/handbook_files/111-2202%20A%20Parts%20List.pdf
