If it fires with fuel dripped in the carburetor, the carburetor main jet is plugged with debris. The carburetor main jet is the screw that holds the bowl on and the passage it screws into. You need to remove the float bowl, and clean the float and needle valve and the main jet and passage. See figure # ***** . You need to use a fine wire to clean the main jet screw, a bread tie will work. Here is carburetor site that shows the disassembly.-----

stripped carb again and cleaned the jet mentioned but still wont run, yours, Will

I have to assume the fuel is getting from tank to carburetor? If it is, then there is only one thing it can be. And it has to be carburetor!
