Purchased a new Briggs and Stratton 31c707 17.5hp motor for Westwood tractor, and note wiring differs from original. I have grey and black for the fuel solenoid which is operating fine, however not sure with the red and black that remains. Is the black the kill wire? And should the red have 12 volts with the ignition on?
