The mower will not operate at all, I have changed the fuse

This answer was rated:

The mower will not operate at all, I have changed the fuse but still no joy.
Do you have a voltmeter to check the switch and fuse connections?
If the switch has power, and it is sending power to the motor, the motor may be stuck. With unit unplugged, can you turn the blade?
Curtis B. and other Small Engine Specialists are ready to help you
If motor gets voltage and is not stuck, motor may be bad.

Do not have voltometer, the blade will rotate manually, still not working, is there a reset button on these mowers?

No reset, be sure the bagger is in correctly. Just the fuse to protect the mower.

Thanks for your advice Curtis, I suppose it could be the switch?

Could be, use a jumper wire to bypass for quick test.
