I am sorry that I was not available to assist you today. I understand that you are still having problems with your wireless connection on your smartphone. Are you using your wireless network for this internet session on your computer?

You indicated that you did not want to pay your bill while on holiday. Are you referring to your mobile service or your internet service. Could this be why you do not have internet access on your phone?
