I have recently upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S5 from EE however I have set up the finger print security and given an alternate password. Now the phone refuses to accept either leaving me locked out. what can I do?

, then with the phone powered off, press at the same time the 3 buttons: Volume Up, Home, Power until the Samsung logo appears, then release

yes it says reboot sytem now

Great. Please use the Volume Down button to highlight the option "wipe data/factory reset", then press the Power button

I have done this.

Great. With the option "reboot system now" highlighted, please press the Power button, then the phone will restart, and it will let you re-set up the phone.
