Greetings. I bought a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime from a local retailer in the British Virgin Islands. Upon trying to setup the phone it displayed the message customary binary blocked by FRP lock. How do I solve this problem?

Hi Norval,

It suggests the phone software (firmware) has been changed on the phone, I would suggest you start by doing a factory reset then going back through the initial setup wizard again.
