The Facebook app won’t work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I’ve tried switching off phone both normal and hard reset. I’ve reset the router. I’ve phoned Apple and they can’t get it to work. It’s fine on my iPad. I’ve even tried syncing phone with Mac. The only thing now is to factory reset phone?

Customer: Latest 13 on iPhone and ipad
JA: Did the Facebook come pre-installed on your iPhone, or was it something you downloaded?
Customer: i would have downloaded it but I’ve had phone for nearly 2 years.
