I have been unable to make or receive any calls on my mobile phone for 3 days. No service is always indicated.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your smartphone?
Customer: iphone 8
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: 3 days. But I don’t think it’s a network issue.
JA: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, otherwise there is no problem with access to the internet. It has only become useless for phone calls and text messages.
