I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can we please try the following:

  1. At first hold down the Power button for a couple of seconds and tap Restart icon twice.
  2. If the SAMSUNG logo appears hold down Volume Up and Power keys for a few seconds.
  3. When Recovery Mode shows up let go of all buttons.
  4. Now choose "wipe data/factory reset". ...
  5. After that select "Yes" and press the Power key.
