Hello, my name is*****'m happy to assist you today with your Motorola W377, Lets get started!

I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble. I know that can be frustrating. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly.

Can we please try the following:

  1. First of all, power up the phone.
  2. Continue by opening Main Menu, then selecting Settings and Security.
  3. Type in the lock code. Default code is either 0000 or 1234.
  4. Now select Erase/Reset and Reset Phone. Lastly, press Left Softkey.
  5. Your phone will now reset and restart

Thanks for your advice. Even the main menu won't open. I think it is a lost cause. I've decided to buy a new phone!
