JA: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?
Customer: My apple ipad
JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: I carnt remember but it’s telling me that I have to log on as someone as put find my IPhone which I haven’t done

Customer: I cannot get any further on my iPad as it says Activation Help
