It's not my smartphone but the Addon system for broadband TV
JA: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: Its not the TV it is the Addon system
JA: What's the model of your AddOn router?
Customer: NHP5010
JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: The Powewrline Ethernet Bridge is not working - no lights at all
JA: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: System was working but without broadband then stopped working altogether

Can you please remove the power to the device (so unplug it from the power socket)

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the device and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.
