Trojan. Zbot Remove failed
Downloader Remove failed

I have opened the various advice pages about what to do, but these do not seem to be very helpful. Are these threats still active and how can they be removed??

I have tried to 'join session' with several different methods, but with no result

No problem

It will clear the files


download and install


Once installed , run a Scan and then, Click Remove selected when it finds the Infections

Malwarebytes is free

come back any Issues
