Customer Question

Up to now the incoming message list on my Outlook preview pane has used the following dating sequence in numbers: day/month/year.
From 16/11 this has suddenly changed to (day of the week, by name) and time (minutes/seconds). I have tried the current settings instructions from the preview pane, to reset, but nothing helps . All messages prior to 16/11 stay on the original setting.
Could you please let me know how to solve this. Thank you.

Hello and thank you for choosing am very sorry to hear you are having so much trouble, I would love to get to help you with this.I really think the best way to help you is with a Remote Session. Due to the complexity of the issue you are describing, it would take a lengthy series of back and forth to troubleshoot your issue. It is an additional charge, but it is VERY worth it. Because it usually resolves the issue very quickly, and offers an opportunity to see how an expert interacts with a PC, lending to a small learning experience.I will connect to your computer, and fix the issue while you watch, if you accept my proposal for remote tech support.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I cannot continue at the moment due to lack of time, but could continue later this evening after 20.00hrs. Could you send me a time and an online-address, where I could contact you later on.
till then

Using phone is no good as I am quite deaf; I have to come back on my question later, as I have too many interruptions here. sorry

okay Gerald..But what i am offering does NOT use the telephone, but rather allows me to connect to your computer, and control it, just as if i were sitting there. Its called a REMOTE SESSION, and its an additional service. It allows me to FIX the problem, or issue you are having. While in the REMOTE SESSION, we will STILL be using a CHAT window to communicate, but it will be ON YOUR SCREEN, and we will both be using it.Make Sense?
