Hello Mary, and thank you for choosing do believe that the best way to illustrate how your problem can be corrected, and how to keep it from happening in the future, is with a service call REMOTE SESSION. This will allow us to connect together, so that I can see your screen, and take control of your computer, and while you watch on screen i will give you some pointers, and show you how to correct, and eliminate the problem for good..If you would like to proceed with this service, just accept my offer.
