I start loading an Excel file, it loads, but when I try to go to a second sheet excel crashes.
I have downloaded a file from my backup disc and the same thing happens again

A program will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, but the file will start downloading to your computer).

Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.

No other customer has had the issue, and I checked the link myself, maybee you are not scrolling to the bottom of the page.

But restart your computer and try again please.
