A program will start downloading to your computer (it does not open a webpage, but the file will start downloading to your computer).
Run the program and it shows you and ID and Password.
Give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
You closed the program, you need to leave it open so I can connect.
Open the program again, give me the new password ***** leave it open so I can connect.
Still says it is not running on your computer
Are you sure you have given me the right ID?

there must be something on your computer preventing it.

You need to click that button
No other customer has had the issue, and I checked the link myself, maybee you are not scrolling to the bottom of the page.
But restart your computer and try again please.
