Customer Question

I'm using windows 2010 and since the last significant automatic update (about a month ago), my emails, instead of being sent as usual, are sticking in the Outbox.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Netvision, Israel
JA: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: PC
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Going into the Outbox and sending manually, one by one. Even that does always work on first rty.
JA: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The problem as described is not consistent. Some emails, with or without attachments, go out regularly (i.e. don't get stuck in the Outbox)

May I know what troubleshooting have you done?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No more than as described in initial chat - i.e. going into my Outbox and trying to release outgoing mails "manually" by double-clicking item (thereby opening it) and then clicking "Send".

I am out of ideas. To be fair to you, I will opt out of this question which will open the question up to
all the experts who will see it and then be able to reply to you.
Another expert may have more experience with your particular problem than I do.

OK - but if that doesn't work within a couple of days, I'll ask for a refund..

I believe your issue has to do with Outlook holding your password ***** why you're able to send one by one. I would highly recommend removing outlook and reinstall the application. When you get this done you will be able to re-sync your email and should address your issue.
