Customer: Hello there I have some issues with my spotify when it's playing, stops for a couple seconds and then keep going and then in a minute or two stop again for a couple of seconds and then keep going couple of seconds and then keep going an that is doing over and over do i and over again and I don't know what to do and I don't know what to do because that happens only on my phone on but it's not the phone because also it has happened when I'm listening on my laptop

JA: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Well, in the past with a different device, just to stop completely and if I just push any botton of the edge of the phone and then carry on for a while then stop. At that time as now, I didn't know what to do but eventually stopped doing that. That was about 2 years ago; but now it's been a long time doing this, is playing for 2 minutes and then stop suddenly for a couple of seconds and then keep going and then after a couple minutes after stop again after a couple seconds start again and this is over and over again please again please help me out" 🥺🙏🏼
