hey can a store ban you for making a complaint
JA: What state are you in? It matters because laws vary by location.
Customer: uk
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: i made a complaint to tesco and now im banned for said complaint , it hasnt been filed but the manager talked to the person i made a complaint about and now the friend which is a manager of the person i made a complaint to is banning me

Generally, the answer is no, a store cannot ban you for making a complaint.

 

However, a private store has the liberty to restrict access to their store to whoever they choose, but it would extremely unusual to do so.
