My daughters husband died in January and he was a part owner

This answer was rated:

My daughters husband died in January and he was a part owner of a Spanish house along with his brother, sister and stepsister. The house was bought by his mother and stepfather and they have lived in various houses in Spain for in excess of 20 years always in the names of their children. My son in law did not leave a will and now his hi parents want his share to be in the names of his 5 sons with no mention if his wife, my daughter .

Can you advise on the correct law etc in this respect.
