We purchased the Realistix Browser suite through Gold Crown

This answer was rated:

We purchased the Realistix Browser suite through Gold Crown Services in Tenerife in April paying a 500 pound deposit. However we no longer wish to purchase it as have only seen bad reviews relating to the product and type of companies. We have sent the DVD back to the company. They say our agreement is binding and we still owe them 5000 pounds as we signed the agreements whilst on holiday. Are we in our legal rights to refuse?

Hi there

According to spanish consumer protecction law, all contracts signed out of the office of the company, and all consumers, has the rigts to get 30 days cool period to avoid the contract. The 30 days period begins when they can probe you have got the contract and they give you 30 days to avoid it
I know they never respect the consumers rigtsin Spain, so, as soon as you threat them with contract a local attorney to defend you I supposed they will your money back
You also could denounce them to the consumer protetction office in Tenerife in order they get a fine.
But threat them to contract a local attorney if they do not give your 500 euros money back

Please ask if you need more help
