I worked from 6th April 2013 until 13th Sept 2013

David, thank you for your reply and for your patience.

I think you are referring to a document recently received from HMRC (bottom right corner Ref HMRC 08/14).

This piece of paper/Annual Tax Summary 2013-14 is for your information only. You do not need to contact HMRC as this is not a demand for payment.

It shows what you had earned, how your tax and NI was calculated and on the reverse side shows how your tax was spent in 2013-14.

It is for information purposes only.
