again Sam, I have another question Tax Return regarding rental income.
If I received rental income at the end of March 2014 that was paid in advance months to cover April, May and June, do I include all 3 months or just April's amount? Reading the Help on the HMRC I think I should not include all 3 months as it states:
Do not include rents year to 5 April 2014 that have been paid in advance (during the year to 5 April 2013)
Thanks in advance.

Thanks further question and asking .
I would just declare the one month of April - and HMRC would accept this. (and then I note that you have found HMRcs view of this!)
