Hello, I am Keith, one of the experts on Just Answer, and happy to help you with your question.
Once the company is sold, and I assume that it is a 'clean company' with no debts due or income outstanding, then as you pass the whole shooting match over include with it which particular forms the company's bankers will need to authorise a change of signatories. You can sign these off as the existing authority and the purchaser can enter the specimen signatures at their end and send same to the bank branch where the account is maintained. Then all will be done and you out of the frame.
I do hope I have solved this little conundrum for you.
