Is it too late to apply for a refund of tax taken from PPI payment I received over 6 months ago? I am retired and do not pay tax.

It is not too late to apply for a refund of tax taken from PPI payment you received over 6 months ago.

You have stated that you are a non taxpayer. If you think you are entitled to a repayment , you should complete Form R40 - Claim for repayment of tax deducted from savings and investments.
