My DOB is 19/12/1932. No age related personal allowance is mentioned on my Annual Tax Summary for 2014-15. My NI no is ZM 93 58 14 C and my tax ref is 948/401. Am I eligible for this personal allowance?
Can you tell me what your income level for 2014/15 was and whether you are married or in a civil partnership please.

Income after tax is £42,465.66. I am married, Wife's DOB 12/5/1934.

Hi again.
Your income in 2014/15 was too high for the age allowance which was withdrawn at the rate of £1 for every £2 of income over £27,000 until the basic personal allowances is reached. Look here for more information on that:
You will be entitled to the minimum married couples' allowance for 2014/15 which should reduce your tax by £322. Use the calculator here to check:
Call the tax office if you don't think you have been given the married couple's allowance for 2014/15 or 2015/16.
