I am trying to get info on UK JointTask Force in Amsterdam, as I have friend who is trying to come to the UK with a large Bankers Draught. and is being asked to pay £415, to validated the cheque. Dutch Authorities have already validated the cheque. As my friend does not have the cash to pay this exorbinate charge, I am asked to help. Can I pay thi charge here with a credit card?

Hello Ian, I am Keith, one of the Experts on Just Answer, and pleased to be able to help you with your question. The Joint Task Force is a military organization and nothing to do with banking either UK nor Dutch. I suspect that your friend is the subject of a scam and should have nothing to do with it and nor should you. He should just bring the document to the UK or even forward it by post and pay it into whichever bank he wishes. I do hope that my reply has been of assistance.
