None whatsoever, inter spousal gifts are outside the scope of UK taxation. It would reduce his exposure to Inheritance Tax (IHT), but if he left his entire estate to you as is common in marriages then again that is irrelevant as the 325K trigger point for IHT is inflated by charitable and inter spousal bequests.
