Hi - my company is being bought out, which will crystallise all my shares on the point of completion, this is likely to happen end of Jan - i'd like to know what my options are to minimise the tax implications

Hi, would you be reinvesting those proceeds anywhere or using them personally? Your share disposal will be taxed at 10% (entrepreneurs relief) of CGT (provided conditions are met) which is a low rate of tax anyway.
