Hi
My accountant has filed my tax return saying I’m employed ,when I’m self employed & have been for the last 15 years. Consequently I’ve not been able to claim any grants over Covid .Can i appeal & get the rectified ?

Yes, and sue him in the County Court for all the money his incompetence has cost you and, furthermore, report his antics to his professional body, if he has one.
