Hi, my mum was Dutch (deceased) with Dutch parents and my dad is English with English parents. Can I apply for a Dutch passport ie for dual nationality?
My mum became a UK citizen when she married my dad in around 1961 so may have given up her Dutch passport.

Why are you requesting this information form Mexico?

A complex area still, however; what is your date of birth?

Hi I’m on holiday in Greece.
My date of birth is 24 01 1967

My mum was born in 8 Feb 1933

From what I can see Dutch nationality is only passed through your father and he is British. I must opt out, sorry.

Hi

You do not qualify in law but can apply as an option (as only your mother not father was Dutch)

Thanks
