I can switch on and off, adjust volume, change to HDMI channels, but not able to change channel either with number butons nor with the up/down channel button. My TXP50X50B was recently disconnected so that a Smart Meter

My TXP50X50B was recently disconnected so that a Smart Meter could be fitted. The power comes from a multiplug that also powers my Sky box, a \DVD player and a Amazon fire stick. When I last used the set yesterday evening and 'put it to sleep', the red pilot light was on. To disconnect this morning, I just pulled out the multiplug lead. When reconnecting after the meter installation, the pilot lights for the Sky box and DVD player came on but not the TV. I have checked the fuse and also source power direct from the wall, with no result. There is what looks like an on/off switch at the rear of the set, but that has no effect. Any ideas?Assistant: What's the make and model of your tv? Have you tried unplugging it and leaving it off for a few hours?Customer: Panasonic TXP50X50B - Ill leave it unplugged for a few hours, and see if that works.
